Exchange & Returns

  • Exchange: In case you receive a damaged/defective product, inform us with proof of damages within 12 hours of receiving the order to get a free replacement. Please ensure you provide us with sufficient proof of damages in the form of pictures and an unboxing video.
  • Returns: As all products are make-to order, we do not accept any returns. However, if you receive any damaged or faulty products, please send us an email on shop.artkshetra2000@gmail.com and we would be happy to arrange for a free replacement.

Damaged or Lost Packages:

Order Arrives Damaged:

We will replace the product FREE of cost once we have received confirmation from our courier partner of damaged shipment. You must report the damage within 12 hours of delivery.

Required Evidence:

 3-4 clear photos of the damage
Unpacking Video of the package (Mandatory)
Photos of outer packaging label

 

Lost Packages:

If a shipment shows no movement for 10+ days:

 We raise a priority ticket with the courier partner immediately upon your email.
We wait for official lost confirmation from the courier service (Usually takes 24 -48 hours)
Once confirmed lost, we verify and ship a replacement at no extra cost
